FoxtServe Property Services
Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
These terms govern use of the FoxtServe website and communications with FoxtServe, a brand of Foxtrot Consulting LLC, registered in Missouri. FoxtServe does not publish a street address. Service is offered in the Kansas City metro in Missouri and Kansas, about a 75-mile radius from Kansas City. Missouri law and venue still apply as stated below.
“One Call. We Handle It All.” means we take the request, review it, and keep it on one request. Our crews handle property care, landscaping, and small construction we can review. Licensed electrical and plumbing are done by licensed partners on our bench after admin review. FoxtServe does not claim every trade license.
Requests, quotes, and bookings
A website submission, phone call, AI conversation, photo, or preferred time window is a request. A request is not a quote and not a booking. A preliminary range is not a firm price. A firm price is given only after on-site or photo review against an approved catalog row. FoxtServe books a visit only when a confirmed appointment id exists. Preferred windows help us plan. They are not reserved slots.
This website does not publish dollar amounts. A request is not a quote and not a booking.
After-hours work
Work requested for overnight hours, 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Central Time, may include a 25% after-hours charge on the invoice after a signed contract. We do not publish a dollar amount on this page.
Not emergency response
FoxtServe is not 911 and is not an emergency-response service. For fire, gas, active electrical hazards, severe flooding, structural danger, injury, or similar emergencies, move to safety and contact 911 or the appropriate utility.
What we will and will not do
The public service menu lists work we can review. Our crews handle property-care jobs and small construction or project work we can review, including closet installation, built-ins, remodeled rooms, and low decks. FoxtServe is not a licensed general contractor and does not take structural general-contractor claims, roofing, foundation, or demolition unless that work is already on this site.
Licensed electrical and plumbing may be requested. Those jobs are done by licensed partners on our bench, pulled onto the same request after admin review. FoxtServe does not claim an electrician or plumber license and does not invent license numbers. Arranging a licensed partner is not a quote and not a booking. If we cannot do or arrange the work after review, we decline. We do not send you to a named competitor.
We have the right to decline any request, including work that needs a license, permit, specialist, or inspection we do not hold or arrange. We do not take refrigerant or compressor work; gas line, gas pipe, or gas-appliance work; irrigation or backflow; roofing; pest control or chemical lawn treatment; asbestos; lead abatement; mold remediation; fire protection; demolition; elevators; structural or residential-building-contractor work; street or right-of-way trees; work near power lines; or junk haul. Lawn mowing, edging, mulch, leaf cleanup, shrub trim, and snow push stay on the public landscaping menu. Work may be done by a FoxtServe employee or a verified subcontractor. Like-for-like lights, fixtures, switches, outlets, ceiling fan, or GFCI with no new circuit stay on the public menu for review by our crews. We do not market window replacement or large paint disturbance in housing built before 1978. In Lee’s Summit we do not market painting, new gutters, doors, windows, or irrigation as construction. We decline those jobs. We do not send you to another company.
Accurate access and hazards
You must give accurate property, access, occupancy, and hazard information. Do not send alarm codes, passwords, lockbox combinations, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary forms, email, texts, or AI calls. If you hide a site condition that later causes harm or extra cost, you are responsible for that condition to the extent Missouri law allows.
Photos and documentation
FoxtServe may photograph and document the work area before, during, and after a visit for scope review, quality, safety, and records. We use those records to perform the job and to resolve questions about what was done.
Payments and card on file
For a new job, we ask you to authorize a payment method on file before work starts. Recurring work, once you agree to it, may be billed to the card on file. Payment-card numbers are handled by our payment provider. Never give a full card number to a FoxtServe voice agent or an ordinary contact form. We do not invent fees on this page. Amounts, deposits, and any extra charges appear only on an approved estimate, invoice, or signed agreement. The Missouri mechanic’s lien notice below is given before any payment.
Notice of cancellation for in-home sales
If you sign this agreement at your home or at a place that is not FoxtServe’s usual place of business, you may cancel it until midnight of the third business day after you sign. That cooling-off right comes from RSMo 407.700–407.720, Kansas Stat. Ann. 50-640, and the FTC cooling-off rule. To cancel, email service@foxtserve.com or call 816-266-4760 with a clear written or spoken notice before that deadline. FoxtServe does not publish a street address. A request or preferred window is not a signed in-home sale.
Electronic signatures
A finger-sign on a FoxtServe device, or another electronic signature you adopt, is intended to be valid under the Missouri and Kansas Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts. On-site finger-sign is the residential contract when a technician is at the house. This site does not add a remote-signature product. Remote commercial or hotel master service agreements may use a remote-signature tool later.
Cancellation, weather, and access
You or FoxtServe may need to cancel or move a visit because of weather, unsafe access, missing keys or occupancy permission, site conditions, materials, or events outside reasonable control. Tell us as soon as you know a window will not work. A cancelled request is not a completed job and is not a booking. Specific cancellation rules, if any, will be stated on the applicable estimate or signed agreement. We do not invent a cancellation fee here.
On-site residential agreement
When a technician is at the door, the on-site finger-sign agreement on a FoxtServe device is the residential service agreement for that job. A signature does not by itself schedule a visit. Scheduling still requires a confirmed appointment id. If you sign at your home, the three-business-day cancellation notice in the contract notices above applies.
Text messages
Service-related text messages require a separate opt-in. Consent to texts is not required to buy or to submit a request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. FoxtServe does not claim that customer texting is already live. Messages begin only after FoxtServe messaging is activated.
Commercial work
Commercial customers also agree to the Commercial Terms. Those terms cover purchase orders, authorized signers, property-manager authority, site rules, and hidden site conditions.
Website and AI assistance
The website is provided as-is. An AI voice agent may assist with intake. Humans can review any request. AI output is not a quote, booking, legal conclusion, or licensed-trade diagnosis.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Missouri law allows, FoxtServe and Foxtrot Consulting LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of use, arising from a request, estimate, visit, delay, or website use. Our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid FoxtServe for that job, except where Missouri law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability that Missouri law says cannot be limited, including liability for our own fraud or willful misconduct.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that may be brought in court is the state or federal courts sitting in Jackson County, Missouri, including Kansas City, Missouri.
Changes
We may update these terms as operations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Terms on a signed estimate, work order, or on-site agreement control if they conflict with these general website terms.
