FoxtServe Property Services, a Foxtcon company, uses customer information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and provide property services, communicate about active requests, process authorized payments, improve operations, and meet legal obligations.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or business name, service address, requested work, scheduling preferences, call recordings or transcripts when disclosed and permitted, photos or measurements you provide, communication history, estimates, appointments, invoices, payment status, and service records. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and should not be provided to our voice agents or ordinary contact forms.
How we use information
We use information to qualify requests, communicate with you, provide preliminary ranges or estimates, arrange appointments, assign appropriate team members, perform and document services, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain safety and quality, and comply with applicable requirements.
Calls and AI-assisted service
FoxtServe may use AI-assisted voice and messaging systems to answer inquiries, collect service details, provide approved information, and help coordinate next steps. These systems may generate summaries and structured records for our team. Final pricing, availability, and service commitments are confirmed only through approved FoxtServe workflows.
Text messaging
When you separately opt in to service-related text messages, FoxtServe may send inquiry follow-ups, estimate notices, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, rescheduling messages, and service-completion communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support delivery of FoxtServe communications and operations, solely for those purposes and subject to appropriate restrictions. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use providers for communications, hosting, scheduling, mapping, analytics, payments, and business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, dispute resolution, safety, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, alarm codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary calls, texts, or forms.
Your choices
You may ask to update your contact information, change communication preferences, or request information about our handling of your data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting, or service reasons.
