Privacy Policy

FoxtServe is a brand of Foxtrot Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in Missouri. This policy describes how we handle personal information for people in Missouri and elsewhere in the United States. FoxtServe does not publish a street address. Public contact is 816-266-4760 and service@foxtserve.com. Service is offered in the Kansas City metro, Missouri and Kansas. Related rules for requests and bookings are in the Terms of Service.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or business name, service address, requested work, scheduling preferences, access or hazard notes you choose to share, communication history, estimates, appointments, invoices, payment status, and service records. We may collect photos you upload or that a technician takes to document the work. When disclosed and permitted, we may record or transcribe AI-assisted phone calls. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and should not be given to our voice agents or ordinary contact forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review scope, prepare preliminary ranges or estimates, schedule and provide property services, communicate about active requests, process authorized payments, document work, improve operations, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Calls, recordings, and AI assistance

FoxtServe may use an AI voice agent to answer inquiries, collect service details, and help coordinate next steps. Calls may be recorded or transcribed when disclosed and permitted. Those systems may create summaries and structured records for our team. Final pricing, availability, and service commitments are confirmed only through approved FoxtServe workflows. Humans can review any request.

Photos

Photos you send, or that we take on site, are used to review scope, document condition, and record completed work. Do not upload images of unrelated people or of documents that are not needed for the job.

Text messaging

When you separately opt in to service-related text messages, FoxtServe may send inquiry follow-ups, estimate notices, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, rescheduling messages, and service-completion communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Customer texting begins only after FoxtServe messaging is activated.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold.

Processors and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the business. That can include website hosting, voice and call handling, payments, and maps or address lookup. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

The website may use cookies or similar storage that are needed to keep you signed in, protect forms, or remember a session. We do not use those tools to sell your data. If we later add optional analytics cookies, we will update this policy before using them for that purpose.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, records, dispute resolution, safety, accounting, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, alarm codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary calls, texts, or forms.

Access and deletion

You may ask to see, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to change communication preferences. Send the request to service@foxtserve.com or call 816-266-4760. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, accounting, or service reasons.

Children

FoxtServe property services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it when we are not required to keep it.

Changes

We may update this policy as operations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
