The dropdown is the unlicensed take list: lights and fixtures, doors, paint, floors, hang work, furniture and cabinets, bath refresh, fence, gutters, make-ready, inspect-and-fix, and the rest of the jobs we can review. Choose Not sure and we will place it. Licensed trades such as pest control, HVAC, and plumbing are not on the public menu. You can still send a request. We review it. If we cannot do the work, we decline. We do not send you to another company.

No appointment or price is confirmed by submitting. A teammate reviews and we call back. A visit is held only on the calendar. A firm price comes after the technician’s on-site photos and a signed contract. You can attach photos in this form.
